  • How Do I Pay?

You can place an order on our website and pay with PayPal or a credit card. Currently, we do not accept checks or money orders.

  • International Orders

Yes, we ship internationally! For shipping options and quotes, put an item in your cart, then enter your country and zip code. Maume is NOT responsible for the tax/customs/duties fees that will be charged by the buyer's respective country. These fees are NOT included in the shipping and handling fees that Maume charges. These are some of the countries that charge tax and customs fees - the United Kingdom, Australia, Brazil, and Canada. For buyers from other countries, please make sure you know whether or not your country makes these charges. 

Once the Ball has shipped, tracking information will be sent.

  • When Will My Order Arrive

We make your cat ball after you ordered to make sure every detail.

After you have ordered, we need to buy the kit according to your order.

It needs about 5 days or longer to receive the kit from overseas.

The painting time is about 1-2 weeks or longer.

Then we will ship it. Once it has shipped, we will send you an email.

The delivery company is usually FedEx, you could track the number when your cat ball has arrived in your country.

Sorry for the long wait, but your ball will be worth the waiting.

  • Why Did Not Receive A Confirmation Letter

It happens that some customers cannot receive the confirmation letter. The undelivered mail was returned to the sender for some unknown reason.

Email us with the email address or name when you order. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

  • Is My Online Order Secure?

Yes! We use standard SSL encryption for all transactions so you are assured that any information you send us is encrypted even before they are sent. 

  • Why doesn't my CAT BALL look like a picture?

The balls on our website are hand-designed directly by the artist. Some changes may occur between this version and the manufactured version. We strive to provide the highest quality and standards for every ball we produce.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your ball, please send an email to info@maume.co so that we can solve the problem.

  • Why my Ball looks dusty

Your cat ball is made of luxury vinyl and made of food-grade materials. Unfortunately, there may be an accident in the transportation or packaging process that caused this kind of incident. You can try to clean the ball. If you still can’t solve it, please contact us at support@maume.co.

  • Can we use the information you provide to make a Cat Ball?

We can use the information you provide to make a Cat Ball. But it needs at least $50. If you are still interested, please email us.

  • Does the  Ball have movable parts?

We include many accessories for the ball selection, all of which can be disassembled at will, matched, and assembled according to your needs.

  • Can Cat Ball be washed in water?

It can be washed with water, but please remove the accessories before washing.
